John Obrien

General Manager

John has over 30 years of experience in catering and took over as General Manager in Dublin in October 2019.

He has managed successful sites like Dublin Zoo, Eircom, RTE & IBM and is very passionate about Food, Health & Safety & implementation of controls.

John currently manages the overall operation in Dublin ensuring that the highest of standards are met and that the team stay positive and motivated.

 

Phillip Douglass

Head Chef

Phil has over 16 years of experience in the food industry and is extremely passionate about producing great food. He has several years’ experience working onboard Cunard Lines learning various techniques and cuisines and joined us in April 2019.

He enjoys working with local farmers and suppliers when sourcing new food items to create a memorable dining experience.

He was Chef of the Year for the Compass Group in 2019. He has also competed in Hotel Olympia, Birmingham Hospitality Show & Catex Dublin picking up Silver & Bronze Medals.

Craig Bester

Deputy General Manager & Hospitality Manager

Craig joined the Dublin Team in May 2018 taking over Hospitality. He has over 25 years of experience in Hospitality & Catering having worked in Hotels, Game Lodges and the Catering Industry.

He is passionate about customer service and ensuring that the service offered is met to the highest of standards.
